Individual Therapy
I’ll work to help you become friends with your emotions and the important messages that they’re communicating. We’ll explore interpersonal interactions, and the way you react to different events.
I primarily use an Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) approach when working with individual clients. I do occasionally integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based approaches into my practice to fit my client’s needs.
We’ll work collaboratively to identify your goals for therapy. Once identified, we’ll discuss the different options available. I see most clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
